The first step in this process
is completing our discovery questions. These questions will help us understand
your travel preferences, budget, and interests, so we can create a customized
travel plan that aligns with your needs. Once we have reviewed your answers, we
will work with you to create a tailored travel itinerary that exceeds your
expectations. We are committed to making
your travel planning experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Our team will get back to you within 2 business days after receiving
your discovery questions to schedule a meeting over Zoom, phone call or in
person. During this meeting, we will review your form, clarify any questions,
discuss your vision, and go over service fees associated with designing your
vacation. If you decide to go ahead with our services, we will send you the
contract .
Once we have determined the perfect options and level of investment
for your trip, we will now begin the design process. Our team will utilize all
our resources, knowledge, and suppliers to ensure that you receive the unique
experiences you deserve. We will carefully review the design with you and make
any adjustments that you desire to ensure that your vision is fully realized. If you have found anything else you would
like to do during your getaway, please let us know so we can make those
arrangements for you. Our team is always happy to assist you and make sure your
vacation exceeds your expectations.
Our team of experts will monitor your booking and confirm your hotel
stays, transfers, and excursions. In addition, we can also set up any
reservations for dining and spa appointments.
We provide your itinerary
through an APP called AXUS. With this app, you can easily access all the
important information about your trip, including your itinerary and emergency
contact numbers. Once your trip is
confirmed and booked, we will input the information into AXUS, you will be
alerted by email how to download the APP and access your itinerary.
